Tripti Dimri of Animal fame bought a ground-plus-two-storey mansion off Carter Road in Bandra west district of Mumbai for ₹14 crore, according to property registration data discovered by IndexTap.com.
The documents show that a stamp duty of ₹70 lakh was paid on the transaction.
The bungalow’s total area includes 2,226 square feet of land and 2,194 square feet of built-up space, and the transaction was filed on June 3, 2024.
Dimri also paid registration fees of ₹30,000. According to the paperwork, the property’s sellers are Cedric Peter Fernandes and Margaret Annie Marie Fernandes.
Dimri co-starred with Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, which was released in 2023. Dimri was recently named to IMDb’s list of the top 100 most viewed Indian stars.
In May 2024, Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar announced a new film, Dhadak 2, starring Tripti Dimri.
