In this list of India’s tallest buildings, we have only included habitable buildings that are now fully completed. It excludes topped-out buildings. (Topped out indicates that the only exterior structure is complete). If we include the topped-out ones, the first name on this list of India’s tallest buildings is the Palais Royale in Mumbai, which stands 1,050 feet tall. However, because this building is still under construction, we have not included it on this list.

World One in Mumbai is currently India’s second tallest building. This skyscraper stands 919 feet (280.2 meters) tall and was built on the site of the former Shrinivas Milla. It was created by the renowned real estate developer Lodha Group. Its architects were Pei Cobb Freed and Partners, an American architectural firm.

This building’s construction began in 2011 and was originally intended to be 1,450 feet tall. However, because the developer could not obtain approval from the Airports Authority of India, the project was stalled for several years. The building was then redesigned and built to its current height.

3. World View
