The house, built in 1926, was previously known as Dorab Villa and was owned by the Wardens family until the Tendulkars purchased it in 2007 for a whopping 39 crores. Following the purchase, architect Prakash Sapre was hired to redo the property to Sachin and his family’s specifications, and the family moved into this residence in 2011.

The Sachin Tendulkar house is a luxurious 6000+ square foot bungalow built on three floors, with two basements, an extravagant terrace, some great outdoor areas, and much more. But, before we go inside for a sneak peek, let’s talk about the entrance.

The entrance to Sachin Tendulkar’s house features a large wooden double door with a geometric design, as shown in the image above. A few granite stairs lead to the door, which is flanked by potted plants and stunning lifelike jaguar models.

The balcony has a small swing that was once a palna owned by Sachin’s father when he was a child. The cricketer converted it into a swing and placed it on his balcony, where he enjoys peace and quiet.
