Ronit Bose Roy and wife Neelam Bose Roy purchased a 4,258 sq ft apartment in Mumbai’s Versova district for ₹18.94 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
Macrotech Developers, or Lodha, purchased the flat on a higher floor of the Lodha Versova complex.

The transaction was registered on June 10, 2024, with a stamp duty of ₹1.13 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000 paid, according per the records.
The property includes four parking spaces in the building, which is located off Yari Road in Mumbai’s Versova district.
Ronit Roy has been in numerous television series and films. According to media sources, Ronit Roy and his wife Neelam repeated their marital vows in December of last year to commemorate their 20th anniversary.
