Parineeti Chopra House in Mumbai

Actor Parineeti Chopra has carved a niche for herself in Bollywood and won several accolades for her performances. She lives in a luxurious apartment in Bandra, an upmarket neighborhood in Mumbai that is home to many Bollywood celebrities.

The modern apartment is designed with neutral interiors with splashes of colors, which exude a calming vibe that reflects the actor’s personality.

Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha married on September 24, 2023, in a lavish and traditional ceremony in Rajasthan. The celebrity couple’s family and friends attended the celebrations. The guest list also included Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, as well as sports personality and close friend of Parineet, Sania Mirza. The wedding took place at the Leela Palace in Udaipur. According to reports, Raghav Chadha’s wedding baraat traveled from Hotel Lake Palace to Hotel Leela Palace on curtained boats. Following the grand wedding, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha hosted a reception.

On May 13, 2023, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged in a lavish ceremony at Kapurthala House in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Parineeti posted the photos on her social media account with the caption, “Everything I prayed for… I said yes!”

Parineeti Chopra & Raghav Chadda Marriage

Actress Parineeti Chopra looked through 30 houses before finding this first-floor, sea-facing apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. She desired a calming and restful atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating. She also desired a home that reflected her personality. Shabnam Gupta of Shabnam Gupta Interiors was brought on board, and the interiors were created with equal input from the designer and the homeowner. “With its exposed brick walls and bright colours, the house exudes a modern chic vibe. It has 21st-century English styling, which is exactly what Parineeti wanted,” Shabnam Gupta says.

Parineeti Chopra Living Room

The actor’s flat opens into a neutral-toned living room filled with natural light, where warmth and style take centre stage. The white exposed-brick accent wall, Chesterfield, tufted ottoman-cum-coffee table, zigzag-pattern rug, and red hand-painted trunk were all carefully selected by Gupta to create a comfortable, distinctively stylish environment. The expansive balcony, seamlessly connected by sliding doors, offers sweeping views of the deep blue sea and cannot be missed.

“The living room has been designed as a modern space where the white of the walls is contrasted by pops of colour, like through the red side table, the patterned rug and the abstract painting,” explains Gupta.

Parineeti Chopra Lounge

The balcony has been designed as a casual outdoor lounge that complements and extends the living room as needed. Dark wood flooring, custom seating, and soft, recessed lighting help to create a calming, vibrant atmosphere. Glass panels installed under the railing run the length of the balcony, with the upper section left open and only covered by semi-transparent blinds. During hot spells or rains, these can be pulled down to keep the seating area dry.

Parineeti Chopra Resting Room

A vertical garden and a jhoola seat can be found on the opposite end of the balcony. A distressed-wood door leads to a powder room. “The green patch and the pebbled stone pathway in the balcony help create a comfortable, Zen outdoor space, which Parineeti desired,” according to Gupta.

Parineeti Chopra Powder Room

The powder room incorporates some quirk into the design with industrial elements. A pair of antique sewing machine stands serve as counter support. A dramatic concrete ceiling with arches and vintage bunker lights complements the wall finish and black slate stone flooring. “The brass in the scissor lights, mirror and shallow basin unites the room into one seamless fabric,” Gupta explains.”

Parineeti Chopra Dining Room

The dining area is located at the opposite end of the living room and has been designed in Gupta’s signature style – layers upon layers, contrasting patterns, vibrant colours, and a strong eclectic vibe. “A black-and-white herringbone pattern, using sea-green and black slate strips set in the pale floor, lies as the base for the dining table,” according to Gupta. What stands out, however, is the bizarre installation on the wall above the console. “I love this piece – it is made of retro fibreglass telephone instruments and adds an edge to the space,” commented Gupta.

Designer Shabnam Gupta used floor-to-ceiling sliding doors between rooms to allow spaces to flow into one another. This private den connects to the dining room via a herringbone-patterned veneer and bison board door. It’s a welcoming space with comfortable seating and a home theatre system, all surrounded by built-in cabinets.

The white-painted surround cabinets add whimsy with back-painted niches, an apple-shaped shelf, and unique accessories.

The master bedroom has veneer panelling on all of its walls. Within this dark-brown shell, the white ceiling, ottoman, and bedding provide visual relief and create a sense of lightness. “Vibrant and fun staples like the throw and the drawer handles really reflect Parineeti’s personality,” according to Gupta. The elephant-print cushions, large world map, and pink side-table lamps are also eye-catching, playful elements.

This space connects to a balcony deck with vertical green walls and a unique standalone fan.

The rug, potted plant and cabinet handles add a pop of colour to the brown-dominated master bathroom. “Parineeti’s love of travel was reflected in the design; we engraved on brass the names of various cities she enjoys and has visited, mounted it on desert teak stone, and used it as wall cladding in the shower area. The white-mint stone countertop and wooden flooring, combined with the continuous wooden herringbone pattern, add elegance to the bathroom’, Gupta says.

The second bedroom of the house has been converted into a dressing room. It is a beautifully designed space that prioritises comfort while remaining functional. The vanity area is made up of a large white-painted art deco unit, with a door adjacent to it that leads to a walk-in wardrobe. “A glamorous touch to the dresser is given with the bulb lighting all around the mirror,” according to Gupta. The other side of the room features a specially designed shoe alcove.
