Impact Films Pvt Ltd owns the villa and has leased it to the Qureshi siblings. The residence boasts an additional 2,654 sq ft of basement space and four dedicated parking spots. As part of the agreement, the Qureshis have placed a security deposit of ₹30 lakh for the villa. The lease tenure is for 60 months (five years), beginning on March 20, 2025. Additionally, the contract includes a 48-month lock-in period and a rent escalation clause of 10% after the first 36 months.
