Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his family purchased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Juhu area for ₹86.92 crore, according to property registration documents.
Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dhawan bought the first flat on the 7th floor of Twenty, an under-construction building in Juhu, for 44.52 crore, according to documents accessed by IndexTap.
According to the documents, the first flat has 5,112 square feet of RERA carpet and four car parking spaces. The flat registered on January 3 costs more than 87,000 per square foot.
Varun Dhawan and his mother, Karuna Dhawan, recently bought a second luxury flat on the 6th floor of the same building for 42.40 crore. The apartment measures 4,617 square feet, according to the property registration documents.
