Additionally, in July 2023, the mother-daughter duo purchased another office unit on the fourth floor of the same building for Rs 9 crore. That transaction included a stamp duty payment of Rs 41.01 lakh and three car parking spaces. The seller of that property was Aishwarya Property and Estates Pvt Ltd.
