From 2011 to 2016, she served as Two White Birds’ Design Director. Her brand is the result of her co-founding it and fuses western sensibilities with her rich Indian heritage. Her creations were distinguished by vibrant colors, classic textiles, and painstaking detailing, which made Two White Birds a representation of comfort and style.
Vratika took the leap into entrepreneurship in 2017 and established Vratika & Nakul. She is married to Nakul Aggarwal. Handcrafted items with a blend of Western sensibilities and Indian heritage characterize the brand’s designs.
She established Maison Sia, a high-end home décor company, in 2022. Inspired by her passion for exploring new places and unconventional building designs, Maison Sia serves as a center for high-end, artistic goods.
Her apartment cost Rs 5.82 crore in stamp duty.
In 2023, the twin-tower complex known as “Three Sixty West” made headlines when it recorded the largest real estate transaction in India. At that time, family members and friends of Radhakrishna Damani, the founder of D’Mart, paid Rs 1,238 crore for 28 units in Mumbai. The dates of the transactions were February 3, 2023.
In October last year, the promoter of Everest Food Products Private Limited had purchased an apartment worth Rs 73.50 crore.
The project Three Sixty West offers opulent 4BHK and 5BHK apartments. It consists of two towers, one of which houses the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the other of which houses opulent homes under management from the international hotel chain. The 360-meter height of the sea-view project and the west-facing orientation of each apartment likely gave rise to the project’s name.
